So for my biology class we have to give an oral presentation on a current event in life science.. but i cant find anything.

I am looking for good topics to write 2-3 pages for my biology class.
Topic is more of current science issues and news.
i dont want to write on cloning it is too broad.
i need something intersting. If something mix of biology and chemistry. I am chemistry person so please help me out.
